Where does the dumpster go?

Wherever our truck can safely access — your driveway, side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door and we will position it accordingly.

What materials are allowed in the container?

General household items, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.

Is same-day delivery available?

In most cases, yes — place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we will fit you into that afternoon's schedule. After 1pm, you go on the first route the following morning.

How many days can I keep the dumpster?

Seven days come standard with every container. Need more time? Call or text before your scheduled pickup and we will extend it.

Is a permit required in Dallas?

Not when the container sits on your own driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, Dallas requires a right-of-way permit — we will point you to the exact office to contact.
